Grandparents day

Its Grand parents day and part of me is missing, and that part is "You".You taught me how to ride a bike tie my shoes and fly a paper plane, how to swim and how to fish to see a star and make a wish. You said it’s ok to make mistakes just don’t get stuck in yesterday. Forgive, forget and move ahead ‘Cause life is what you’re livin’ in Now you’re gone and all I have are memories I hold dear, But if I’m quiet I hear your voice still ringin’ in my ear ,Sayin’ sweet girl live with no excuses, Love with no regrets ,Laugh a lot and leave this life with nothing left unsaid .. Make this world a better place and never be to cry . When it’s finally time to say goodby. There’s nothin’ to prove, nothin’ to lose, nothin’ to hide. You said life can't be measured by the place you live, the car you drive, The thing that counts the day you die is who you are and what’s inside. So tell the truth, don’t ever lie integrity at any price. Your words, you’re wisdom your heart those are you’re highest prized ,So guard it close and live your life.So many things I learned from you ‘Bout life and love and play I learned more by how you lived than what I heard you say ,I only wanna live my life half as well as you to leave behind what I receiveIs all I wanna do. You were always a million miles from a million dollars but I in a million lifetimes I could never spend your worth.. Missing you more each day !

“Maybe that is the greatest of wonders: that we can be shaped so much by those we've known closely, and equally by those we've never known at all - and that we too can change the world long after we've left it.”The strength of human instinct seems to be quite overrated as it is so feeble it requires a lifetime of guidance, education, training and practical experience to develop. More critically, without conscious and diligent effort across one generation to pass its knowledge on to the next generation, all that was gained will be lost, forewarned by an increasing rarity of the reminiscence, “Every secret of life I know, I learned at my grand Papas knee
